The interest rate is the amount of money you get paid yearly for every 100 dollars you invest
Enter the
time, which is how long your money will stay in the bank or the investment company
Finally, enter
how many times the interest will be compounded yearly or how often interest is calculated:

Compounded yearly : enter 1
Compounded semiannually or every two months: enter 2
Compounded quarterly or every 3 months: enter 4
Compounded monthly: enter 12
Compounded daily: enter 365
Compounded every two months: enter 6
Compounded every four months: enter 3
